● Independent technology advisory
Complex technology.

The Paxton perspective / 01
The hidden cost is
between the systems.
A lower circuit price can hide a resilience gap. A new contact center can struggle with disconnected workflows. An AI server purchase can stall when facility readiness is left until later.
We help you understand how your technology needs to work together before you commit.

Telecom account management / 02
Your rep changes.
Your history
shouldn’t.
35+ years of combined professional experience. A consistent point of contact for the details that get lost between carrier handoffs.
- Bill audits & overcharge resolution
- Contract negotiation & renewal planning
- Billing-date alignment & account continuity

Voice. Networks. Infrastructure.
Connected decisions.
Telecom account management
Bill audits. Contract negotiation. Billing-date alignment. One consistent point of contact when carrier reps change.
Connectivity & networks
Compare access, carriers, WAN, SD-WAN, and backup paths around your applications and tolerance for downtime.
UCaaS & CCaaS
Connect cloud calling, collaboration, and contact-center decisions to the way your people and customers work.
POTS modernization
Understand what every legacy line supports. Coordinate replacements around compatibility and readiness.
Cybersecurity partner sourcing
Match business exposure, internal resources, and response expectations with appropriate security partners.
AI & sales integration training
Turn repetitive tasks into useful, repeatable workflows with practical training and human review.
Source the system.
Plan the environment.
We coordinate manufacturer-agnostic sourcing for complete AI server systems, including NVIDIA B200/B300 configurations, along with the infrastructure needed to support them.
Your workload, deployment environment, and acceptance criteria should shape the purchase. We help translate those requirements into a coordinated sourcing process.

Evaluate the deployment as a system
- Compute, configured for the workloadComplete server-system requirements, GPU configuration, CPU and memory needs, software compatibility, support terms, and supplier proposal comparison.
- Networking & storageFabric and switching requirements, interconnects, throughput, capacity, and data movement aligned with the compute design.
- Racks, power & coolingProcurement coordination for rack fit, power distribution, electrical capacity, and cooling requirements with qualified facility and implementation partners.
- Commercial & deployment readinessCoordinate supplier checks, configuration review, quoted lead times, logistics, warranty responsibilities, and acceptance requirements before commitment.
Product availability, configuration, lead times, and supplier authorization require confirmation for each opportunity. Paxton does not represent guaranteed stock or direct OEM authorization. Facility engineering and installation are scoped with qualified providers. NVIDIA product names identify requested technologies; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Our approach / 04
A better question.
A more useful next step.
Agree on the purpose. Test the assumptions. Make the decision with context.
Find the real problem.
What needs to change, who is affected, and what does inaction cost?
Challenge the default.
Surface dependencies and tradeoffs before a preferred product becomes the answer.
Qualify the decision.
Align timing, investment range, decision owners, and criteria for success.
Coordinate the path.
Compare providers, clarify responsibilities, and agree on the next milestone.
Before we talk
Good questions.
Clear expectations.
Do we need a finished specification?
No. Bring the problem, the desired outcome, and any known constraints. We can help identify the requirements needed for a useful provider conversation.
Can you help with an existing provider relationship?
Yes. A service review, upcoming renewal, recurring escalation, or unclear ownership can be a useful starting point. The first step is understanding your current contracts and operating needs.
Can you guarantee B200/B300 availability or pricing?
No. Configuration, supply, pricing, delivery, and support must be confirmed in a current supplier proposal. We coordinate evaluation rather than publish unverified inventory claims.
Do you install equipment or operate a security service?
Paxton’s role is advisory, partner sourcing, and procurement coordination. Installation, engineering, managed services, and related responsibilities are defined with the selected qualified providers.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Your business objective, current challenge, target timing, decision participants, and an initial investment range if available. For infrastructure, include workload and facility constraints. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive customer data, or confidential deal documents through the initial inquiry.
